Choosing Our Services
We’ll ask you a number of different questions about the issue you’re having, what movements make it sore and what eases it. We’ll then assess your movement and, if needed, perform specific tests. This will give us an idea of what’s going on.
After our assessment, we’ll discuss your diagnosis. If needed, we can refer for further investigations such as x-ray, ultrasound scan or MRI. We believe it’s important for you to know as much about your problem as we do.
Once we know what we’re dealing with, this then directs how we treat the problem. Treatment can be a whole variety of things including manual therapy, soft tissue massage, taping or dry needling to name a few. Treatment is always specific to the individual problem
We really want you to get better as quickly as possible. We can book you in for a follow-up appointment at your earliest convenience, or if more appropriate, we book you in for a review after a few weeks. We are available for a chat on the phone if needed, or text or email, whichever is the best for you.
